Bundled & Left With Nothing

I purchased this app as a bundle along with the baby balloonimals for my youngest son. After the purchase, (an NUMEROUS attempts with wi-fi ON / wi-fi OFF & changing different locations), these 2 apps WILL NOT DOWNLOAD FOR ANYTHING!

I got charged for nothing....WHAT A RIP!
