Will Not Open

I just purchased this application for my son. I bought the $1.99 version. He was so excited to play, until it refused to open.

This game lists that it is compatible for all generations of iPad, iOS 5.0 or higher. We own the first generation. If this game is incompatible with our iPad, it should clearly be listed, or prompt during the purchasing/downloading process that the game will not work with our iPad.

I am very disappointed, especially considering this game wasted my money, only to glitch and upset my child. Now I am out $2, explaining that the developers created a product that states it will work with our iPad, but will do no such thing.
